The Shanghai Rising-Star Plan (启明星计划) is a talent cultivation grant for S&T workers under 35 at Shanghai institutions. Three tracks: Type A for university/institute-based researchers (CNY 400,000), Type B for enterprise-based S&T workers (CNY 400,000), and Type C for university/institute researchers serving enterprise innovation (CNY 200,000).
