Invests Navigators Incubator to support selective leadership incubator general managers solving global catastrophic risk problems first cohort.

The Navigators Incubator is a selective leadership development program for individuals who want to solve key problems in catastrophic risk. Cohort 1 focuses on Securing Transformative AI — specifically six technical problem areas on the AI Infrastructure Security Shortlist: securing AI model weights from exfiltration, securing AI integrity against tampering, disconnected model safety, secure compute verification, protocols for using compromised AI, and detecting rogue deployments. Participants receive a salary matched to a generous benchmark (or transition salary), plus coverage of coding tools, compute, research expenses, relocation support (San Francisco, London, D.C.), coworking access, and a research and conference budget. Duration is 6 months to 2 years. Individuals and teams of up to 3 are eligible. Part-time options may be available for exceptional candidates. The program does not sponsor visas.
