OP TAK Inovace sits beside Aplikace in the Ministry of Industry and Trade's OP TAK framework, but it serves the next step in the chain: deployment of R&D outputs into production. The program supports new or improved products, processes, and services, with SMEs and mid-caps as the main audience. Technology purchases, software, certification, IP, and innovation marketing all sit inside the eligible cost base. The program is delivered by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and administered by API through ISKP21+. The active 2026 cycle is Inovace - výzva IV., and the MPO page uses a substantive-evaluation threshold of 60 points for grant decisions.
