DPIIT runs the hackathon under its Manthan framework with ecosystem partners MeitY Startup Hub, SIDBI and Rishabh Instruments. Entrants submit ideas online for free, a jury shortlists the top 25 for presentation, and the top five ideas split a cash prize pool alongside mentoring, prototyping support, and help with IP filing, registration and investor readiness.
