ITAC Graduation Projects Support

Provides Micro-grants Egyptian engineering and CS students ICT graduation projects.

ITAC Graduation Projects Support is ITIDA's micro-grant route for final-year engineering and computer science students at Egyptian universities. It is narrower than the main ITAC collaboration program and is aimed at ICT-related graduation work that can be completed by student teams. The initiative sits inside ITIDA's broader effort to develop technical talent and connect university projects to applied industry needs. Each selected project can receive up to EGP 30,000. Applicants submit a student application form, a project proposal, and a budget form, and the evaluation uses a yes-or-no matrix in which every criterion must be satisfied. Applications are sent by email, and the program is run on an annual cycle. The best fit is a student group with a focused ICT project, a clear scope, and a budget that can be defended line by line. Because the review is all-or-nothing, the application needs to be complete and internally consistent before submission. This is a small award, but it is often the cleanest public route for student teams that need modest support to finish a technical graduation project.
