Selected ESOs first join free masterclasses running roughly May to July 2026 to build circularity and social-inclusion skills. Only after finishing the masterclasses can an ESO submit a grant proposal (13-26 July 2026) to design and run its own entrepreneur programme, with a grant of up to EUR 50,000 per city; consortiums of two or more ESOs are preferred.
