This is a 6-month 'Kick-Start' activity that explores the business case and technical feasibility of a proposed service, and can lead on to a larger Demonstration Project or Feasibility Study. ESA covers 75% of costs up to a fixed cap per contract, teams register and submit through the esa-star portal, and national delegations issue the required letter of authorisation.
