ClimAccelerator

ClimAccelerator is Climate-KIC's global accelerator-franchise network: Climate-KIC licenses its methodology, branding, and investor connections to Entrepreneurship Support Organisations (ESOs) — accelerators, incubators, and innovation hubs worldwide — who then run local ClimAccelerator programs for startups in their regions. Over 400 organisations participate globally. The annual ESO partner call (for organisations to join the network) is separate from the individual local accelerator programs. The 2026 ESO partner call closed on 28 February 2026; the next ESO recruitment call is expected Q4 2026. Startups apply to individual ESO-run local programs, not directly to Climate-KIC. No direct funding flows from Climate-KIC to ESOs or startups — the value is methodology, branding, and network access.
