Applying is a two-stage process: a short pre-proposal, then a full proposal for those invited forward. Each project needs at least three partners from three different participating countries, including one company and one clinical partner; nineteen national and regional funders share a pool of more than 14.8 million EUR, but each partner is actually paid by their own country's funding body.
