Applicants register on ESA-STAR, download the tender documents from EMITS, and submit a proposal through ESA-STAR Tendering for whichever macro-area matches their idea. Ireland, Norway, Germany and the UK have already approved national funding for this theme; companies from other ESA Member States need a Letter of Support from their own National Delegation before they can bid.
