Applications can be submitted at any time under this non-competitive call. Companies from a named list of 21 ESA Member States first submit an Activity Pitch Questionnaire; if accepted, they prepare an Outline Proposal for a Feasibility Study or Demonstration Project, and, if invited, a Full Proposal via esa-star backed by a Letter of Authorisation from their National Delegation.
