Start-Up Nation Romania 2026 - Pillar I (Youth Entrepreneurship)

Pays for up to 90% of a young Romanian founder's new small-business costs, worth up to 250,000 lei, after they complete a mandatory entrepreneurship training course.

Applicants first complete a free entrepreneurship training course; certified graduates can then register a new company and apply for the funding module, which is awarded to the highest-scoring applications in descending order until the budget is used up. Approved businesses must create and keep at least two full-time jobs for 24 months, and keep the business running for three years after the money…
