The Classic Innovation Advance is Bpifrance's repayable innovation aid for projects that depart sharply from established approaches or have substantial uncertainty over success. It is available to French SMEs and mid-sized companies with no more than 2,000 full-time-equivalent staff, subject to Bpifrance's project assessment and current financial terms.
