Teams choose a role, define a solution concept tied to one of the industry streams, and submit a short interest form to receive full submission guidelines. Concept proposals from Phase I (Ideation) are then reviewed by enterprise sponsors and independent assessors, who pick finalists to move toward benchmarked, deployment-ready pilots with the sponsoring enterprises.
