A consortium applies under the Coordination and Support Action route; the Commission funds at most one project from this topic, which must run at least 36 months given the scale of the goals. The funded hub is expected to hold in-person events, publish annual reports, and eventually establish prizes and grant programmes in the field, funded as a lump sum agreed at signature.
