This is a single-stage Research and Innovation Action, with EUR 7,000,000 set aside across roughly two projects worth about EUR 3,500,000 each. Applications go through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and must involve at least three relevant practitioners (infrastructure operator, resilience authority, civil protection or security-delivery company) from three different eligible countries.
