One CSA consortium is selected competitively and paid as a lump sum tied to its work packages rather than reimbursed costs. The winning team also acts as a standing observatory, publishing a landscape analysis of European GenAI at least twice a year and coordinating with projects across the AI, Data and Robotics Partnership.
