This is a two-stage call: a short first-stage proposal is evaluated blindly without disclosing the applicant's identity, and only successful applicants are invited to submit a full second-stage proposal. Funded projects run as Research and Innovation Actions expected to progress from TRL 3 to TRL 5-6, with international cooperation encouraged especially with Japan.
