Consortia apply under the Research and Innovation Action route; the Commission expects to fund two projects, each receiving between EUR 7 million and EUR 10.25 million. Winning consortia are expected to pass on some of that money as financial support to third-party internet innovators and adopters, capped at EUR 400,000 per third party and at most 80% of the project's EU contribution.
