A consortium applies under the Innovation Action route; the Commission funds one project, receiving the full EUR 6 million, paid as a lump sum. Projects must use Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS data wherever satellite-based earth observation or positioning is involved, and are expected to move from technology readiness level 5 to level 7 over the project's life.
