Next-generation environment perception for real world CCAM operations: Error-free and secure technologies to improve energy-efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and circularity (CCAM Partnership)

Funds development of next-generation sensor and AI perception systems for self-driving vehicles operating in complex real-world traffic.

Around two grants of roughly EUR 4 million each are funded under the co-programmed CCAM (Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility) Partnership. Projects should reuse building blocks from the Chips Joint Undertaking's Software-Defined Vehicle initiative and are expected to apply the European Common Evaluation Methodology for CCAM.
