Consortia submit a Research and Innovation Action proposal by the single-stage deadline; funded work develops and tests planning methods, quantifies whole-life carbon reduction against a business-as-usual baseline, and contributes to the Built4People partnership’s network. The Commission’s Joint Research Centre may join a funded consortium, and activities are expected to reach TRL 4-5.
