Consortia submit a Research and Innovation Action proposal by the single-stage deadline; the Commission expects to fund three projects, each reaching TRL 4-5 by the end of the project. Projects using satellite-based earth observation or positioning data must use Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS.
