Consortia submit an Innovation Action proposal by the single-stage deadline; the Commission expects to fund three projects, each reaching TRL 6-7 by the end of the project, reporting results to the EUPI-PV partnership. Proposals must include a business case and exploitation strategy, including plans for scalability, commercialisation and deployment funding sources.
