This is a two-stage Research and Innovation Action funded as a lump sum; the Commission expects to fund two projects. Applicants submit a short proposal by the stage-1 deadline, and those that pass are invited to submit a full proposal by the stage-2 deadline. Proposals must demonstrate the economic viability of their solutions and develop business models, potentially with co-funding schemes.
