This is a two-stage Innovation Action funded as a lump sum; the Commission expects to fund two projects, targeting technology readiness level 6-8 by project end. The first stage uses blind evaluation, so organisation names and logos must not appear in the stage-1 proposal. SMEs or SME associations are expected to participate directly in the consortium.
