The European Commission expects to fund two projects, each a Research and Innovation Action paid as a lump sum. Proposals can pass up to 10% of their EU funding on as smaller grants to third parties who help test or demonstrate the measures, capped at EUR 60,000 per third party. It is a single-stage call run through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
