The European Commission expects to fund two Research and Innovation Action projects, paid as a lump sum, through a single-stage call. Proposals should demonstrate their breeding tools at technology readiness level 7 and involve farmers, breeders, advisors, industry and policymakers under the 'multi-actor approach'.
