The European Commission expects to fund two Innovation Action projects, paid as a lump sum, through a single-stage call. Proposals are expected to reach technology readiness level 7-8 by the end of the project and may pass up to 10% of EU funding to SMEs, particularly farmers, as third-party support for testing.
