This is a two-stage Innovation Action with an indicative budget of EUR 10,000,000, expected to fund two projects of EUR 5 million each. Applicants submit a short proposal at stage 1, and those that pass are invited to a full proposal at stage 2; winning projects must coordinate with the EU's Circular Cities and Regions Initiative office.
