This is a single-stage Horizon Europe Innovation Action flagship project under the CBE JU's 2025 work programme, with one grant expected. Proposals are submitted once via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and must include a workforce upskilling/reskilling training programme for the retrofitted site and its wider ecosystem, tested in practice.
