This is a single-stage call funding 1 grant from a EUR 6 million budget at a fixed EU contribution of EUR 6 million, paid as a lump sum. Cities must be spread across at least 3 different Member States or Associated Countries, with the majority in Member States, and must each provide a signed commitment letter from their mayor or equivalent. Applications go through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
