Innovation Vouchers for SMEs is HAMAG-BICRO's small-ticket innovation service call, financed through the European Regional Development Fund under OPCC 2021 to 2027 and administered on behalf of the Ministry of Economy. The call code is PK.1.1.06, and the total envelope is EUR 4,874,214. The program gives Croatian micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises EUR 2,000 to EUR 10,000 to buy short, sharply scoped external expertise. Eligible uses include testing, inspection, demonstration of innovative solutions, and transfer of specialized technical knowledge for product or service development. Applications are submitted through eKohezija, and the live 2026 call runs to 2026-12-31. This route suits firms that do not need a full R&D project but do need a small, well-defined technical service to move an idea forward. The cleanest applications tie the request to one concrete innovation task, show that the provider is external, and keep the scope narrow enough to match the voucher structure.
