IPARJOG — Intellectual Property Protection Support

Helps IPARJOG - Intellectual Property Protection Support NKFIH's long-running IP protection route Hungary's National Research Development Innovation.

IPARJOG - Intellectual Property Protection Support is NKFIH's long-running IP protection route under Hungary's National Research, Development and Innovation Office. It serves Hungarian businesses, research organisations, universities, and individuals that need help protecting inventions and brands at home and abroad. The 2025-1.1.1-IPARJOG call stays open through 18 December 2026 and carries a 2026 budget envelope of HUF 500 million. Support is a 100 percent non-refundable grant and can reach HUF 7.5 million per applicant. The programme covers patent filing, trademark registration, and related protection costs, and it is co-administered with the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, SZTNH. Quarterly submission cutoffs give applicants several chances to enter through the year. The fit is strongest for Hungarian organisations or individuals with protectable IP and a clear plan to secure rights rather than develop the underlying technology. IP protection is required, documentation is in Hungarian, and the route is built for straightforward claims that can document the costs and ownership trail cleanly. For teams that need rights protection before commercialisation or collaboration, it is a practical first stop.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
