The grant pays 50% of eligible costs up to a maximum of €150,000, covering staff salary time on the project, overheads, external consultancy and project materials. It is administered as State Aid under the De Minimis rules, and where it supports digital or climate transition it is funded through Ireland's National Recovery and Resilience Plan via the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility.
