European Digital Innovation Hubs (Ireland)

Offers discounted access to digital services for Irish businesses and public bodies through European Digital Innovation Hubs, including data and cybersecurity support.

Enterprise IrelandIrelandGrant

Enterprise Ireland's European Digital Innovation Hubs network is Ireland's entry point into the EU Digital Europe Programme for digital adoption support. It covers four hubs, CeADAR, Data2Sustain, ENTIRE and FactoryXChange, and is designed for enterprises and public-sector bodies that need help turning digital capability into operating practice. The support is delivered in kind, with services discounted by up to 100 percent rather than paid as a cash award. Eligible enterprises can be exporters or non-exporters, provided they have enough De Minimis headroom and fewer than 3,000 employees; public-sector organisations are also eligible. The programme is open on a rolling basis, and companies apply directly to the relevant hub in Ireland. The best fit is a business that needs test-before-invest support, access to digital expertise, or help with skills, investment readiness and networking. Because the hubs cover AI, data, cybersecurity, IoT and manufacturing digitisation, applicants tend to do best when they bring a clear use case and a concrete adoption problem rather than a vague interest in digital transformation. Enterprise Ireland acts as the national coordinating agency, so the route is useful as a referral point into the right hub rather than as a single central competition.
