GHG Capture and Removal Track (Directive 4.80)
Invests Capital grants for industrial plants reducing emissions greenhouse gas capture and removal.
Directive 4.80 provides assistance to fuel-consuming industrial plants to adapt to the carbon tax framework by supporting capture and removal of greenhouse gases and improvement of production processes. The programme is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Finance, the Authority for Investments and Development of Industry and Economy at MOEI, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. A new submission cycle opened 1 January 2025 and is currently active. The directive operates as a companion to Directive 4.79 (carbon tax adaptation) and Directive 4.82 (energy efficiency conversion) — together forming Israel's industrial carbon-tax response framework.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
