Directive 4.80 provides assistance to fuel-consuming industrial plants to adapt to the carbon tax framework by supporting capture and removal of greenhouse gases and improvement of production processes. The programme is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Finance, the Authority for Investments and Development of Industry and Economy at MOEI, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
