The Biotechnology Industry Partnership Programme (BIPP) is BIRAC's government-industry cost-sharing PPP for path-breaking research in frontier futuristic technology areas. BIPP funds larger, longer-duration projects than the BIG and SBIRI schemes, targeting Indian biotech companies undertaking ambitious R&D programmes.
