The scheme gives incubators up to INR 1000 lakh, released in phases based on need and capacity, which incubators then pass on to deserving startups at up to INR 100 lakh each. Incubators apply to the national program once a year through an online portal, while individual startups apply directly to one of the listed Startup Incubators/TBIs, which run their own periodic calls.
