Chief Minister's Startup/Innovation Projects/New Industries Scheme

A startup or innovation project's proposal must first be recommended by a Host Institution incubator and approved by an Empowered Committee. Approved projects get a monthly sustenance allowance for a year, free incubator mentoring and lab access, marketing/commercialisation assistance to launch products, and reimbursement of patent filing costs paid in two stages after filing and after grant.
