Applicants register online during a window running from mid-August to late September; finalists pitch behind closed doors within their theme during the January event at IIT Mandi's Kamand campus, and winners are announced on stage. Each of the four themes awards its own first, second and third cash prize, alongside separately announced CSR Grant awards at the same event.
