The grant pays up to ₹2 lakh toward prototype and product development, not as prize money for having an idea, alongside 36 months of incubation, patent and IP support, seed funding connections and mentorship. Applicants register and pitch through MGUIF's Idea Fest process, and winners are chosen after a shortlisting and pitch day.
