A committee evaluates the applicant's idea, and an approved candidate is funded for one year while incubating at PSG-STEP to validate and develop that idea into a proof of concept. It is one of two MeitY TIDE 2.0 funding tracks PSG-STEP runs, alongside a separate ₹7 lakh grant for startups that already have a proof of concept.
