PNRR M2C3 I3.1 Teleriscaldamento Efficiente is MASE's district-heating investment route under the recovery plan, with GSE support. It funds new networks, upgrades to existing systems, and waste-heat recovery so that Italian heat grids become more efficient and less carbon-intensive. The route supports both new builds and upgrades where the network can recover heat that would otherwise be lost.
