Victims' rights and procedural rights priority — transnational projects in e-Justice, victims' rights and procedural rights

Funds transnational projects that strengthen the rights of crime victims and the procedural rights of suspects and defendants across EU countries.

This is a single-stage, biennial call under the Justice Programme's Access to Justice objective, paid as a lump sum grant, with an indicative EUR 9.4 million budget shared between the E-Justice and Victims'/procedural rights priorities. The published timeline runs from evaluation (October 2026 to January 2027) through informing applicants in March 2027 to signing grant agreements in April-May 2027
