The KORIL-RDF Pilot Project funds a middle stage between feasibility and the full R&D track for Korean-Israeli company pairs. It is built for projects that have already confirmed technical plausibility and now need a prototype or pilot to move forward. The award cap is USD 1 million for up to 12 months, with funding at 30 to 50 percent. Applications are submitted twice a year, companies from both countries must apply together, and the program is limited to civilian technology. The support is again a recoverable advance tied to commercial revenues. Applicants do best when the project has already moved past early doubt and can show a defined build-and-test plan. The route works for teams that need enough capital to prove a functioning prototype or pilot without jumping straight to the larger R&D track. The strongest cases combine a clear technical milestone with a plausible path to sales and repayment.
