KHIDI plans and operates the Smart Hospital leading-model development project, fostering Smart Hospital as a core hospital format for future smart healthcare. The program supports development of smart-healthcare service models and the organic connection and proliferation of these models among medical institutions. The program is part of KHIDI's Policy Development for Healthcare Industry pillar and connects to the broader national infrastructure for medical big data, digital healthcare, and AI-based image processing.
