The Global Startup Commercialization Support Program sits under South Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups and is delivered through the Global Startup Center. It is designed for foreign-founded startups that want to establish and scale in Korea, and it is one of the few MSS routes run entirely in English. The program provides roughly KRW 50 million on average and up to KRW 80 million per company for product development, business-model localization, intellectual property acquisition, and marketing. The 2026 call covered about 15 slots, up from 10 in 2025, with an application window from March 18 to April 10 and a past competition level around 13 to 1. This is a tight fit for founders who already have a serious product and need help translating it into the Korean market, rather than for early exploratory teams. The Global Startup Center adds practical landing support such as investment attraction, corporate partnership opportunities, office space, and administrative assistance, which makes the route most useful when Korean market entry is the near-term objective.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
