산학연 Collabo R&D is Stage 2 (commercialization) of TIPA's industry-academia-research collaboration pathway. Eligible SMEs must have an in-house research institute or dedicated R&D department, and projects must build on Stage 1 preliminary research completed in the prior year. Two award tiers: General type up to KRW 260M over max 2 years; Consortium type (2–4 general projects bundled) up to KRW 1,040M. The 2026 first round ran Jan 26–Feb 12.
