Funds Lithuanian industrial digitisation and transformation projects through ILTE loan-linked support.
Loans CHANGE is an ILTE financial instrument for Lithuanian industrial enterprises and SMEs investing in digitised production, sustainable production technology, or short value-chain modernization. The product combines repayable loan finance with an optional grant component that can be requested in the same loan application. ILTE says loan agreements must be signed by 30 June 2029, so the program is best treated as an active rolling window rather than a fixed competition round.
